Now I don't wanna toot my own horn here but I am on a roll today! Not only did I drink tons of water...I also did a REAL workout. This workout kicked my butt! There was a brief period where I felt nauseous. Now that means this workout gets an "A" on my wanna barf scale! Fitnessblender.com is great! Check it out! They have workouts for all levels and lasting all different lengths. I was able to fit in a workout with enough nap time left to shower afterword! Win!
